35 (to include FL) States of Reciprocity as a Maryland Resident
The purpose of a Florida Nonresident Concealed Weapon or Firearm License is to carry a handgun in a concealed manner while in the state of Florida and its reciprocity states. Reference the reciprocity map link below to identify carry allowed states with Florida license.
Nonresidents of the state of Florida, 21 years of age or older, may apply in writing to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) Division of Licensing (DL) for a seven-year license term to carry a concealed handgun.
The application shall be made on a form provided by FDACS DL via Instructor, requiring only that information necessary to determine eligibility for the license. If the permittee is later found by FDACS DL to be disqualified, the permit shall be revoked and the person shall return the permit after being so notified by FDACS DL
